Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with TRIPLE 7. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are here to help. Please read our exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that were marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be exchanged.
- Gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
2. Process for Exchanges
- Initiate an Exchange: To start the exchange process, please contact our customer service team at (business@thetriple7.com) with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Return the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to exchange, including the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This process usually takes 5-7 business days.
- New Item Shipment: After the inspection is complete, we will ship the new item(s) to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item(s) are on their way.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exchange for a Different Item
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please specify this in your initial exchange request. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be handled through additional payment or a refund, as applicable.
5. Exchange for Store Credit
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of exchanging for another item. The store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
6. International Exchanges
- For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges and any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (business@thetriple7.com) with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
